 This is a half gallon sized canning jar that I applied a grungy mixture to, to give it an olde primitive look.

PRIM FOLKART BIRD NODDER

 This Folkart bird/crow nodder was adapted from a Sassafras Hill Primitives Pattern

From top of bird's head to bottom of spring, it measures 12 inches. 

 From tail to belly measures 9 1/2 inches.

His eyes are French knots ( both sides) and he has wings on each side, attached with wood buttons.

I've wrapped a rusty wire collar around his neck with a rusty bell.
